Consulting rooms are located on Level 1 at Suite 106 in the Parkway Clinic building across the road from the San Hospital at 172 Fox Valley Rd.

Over 200 visitor parking spaces are available under the building on levels B1 and B2, and can be accessed by :

• turning left from Fox Valley Rd (if coming from Pacific Highway), or
• turning left from Comenarra Parkway (if coming from Pennant Hills Road)

Machines are available at each level and accept credit cards (the first hour is $6).

Disabled parking is located close the elevators on B1 and B2.

A referral from a GP or a specialist is needed for a consultation so that you can claim a rebate from Medicare.

Please ensure that you bring with you:

• referral letter (for first appointment)
• medicare card
• health fund information if available, DVA card (if applicable)
• all your current medications (or a list of medications)
• results of previous cardiac tests if you have them
• good walking/running shoes – if a stress test is anticipated

New appointments are typically scheduled for 30 minutes, though more complex medical problems may require a longer time.

Appointments are scheduled as soon as possible, however at times the waiting list for appointments can be slightly prolonged.

Whilst every effort is made to keep to the appointment time schedule, sometimes patients require more time to address their medical issues, in which case short delays can occur.

Urgent appointments can be scheduled if necessary by request from your GP or specialist.

The consulting and test fees are reasonable, competitive and sympathetic to the patients situation. Bulk billing is not routine, however if you have a referral letter from a GP or a specialist, you will be able to obtain a rebate from medicare. Please phone the receptionist to obtain an estimate of fees as well as the relevant rebate.

Pensioner and concession card holders receive a concession on the fees.

Consulting, tests and procedures performed in hospital do not attract an out of pocket fee.
